Meet our First Missouri Mortgage Team

Gunnar Knudtson started his career with the Bank as a part-time teller in 2014 and now serves as a Home Loan Banker. He graduated from Notre Dame High School in Cape and attended and graduated with a finance degree from the University of Mississippi. Gunnar lives in Cape Girardeau with his wife Holly and their daughter Stella.

Gunnar enjoys working with all the different types of home buyers out there; whether it’s someone learning the process and working towards getting pre-approved, someone buying their first home or someone purchasing their dream home. He strives to make the home loan process the very best for his borrowers, and not just the rate but the entire process to be a remembered as a job well done.

Kathleen began her banking career as a teller and quickly developed a strong interest in mortgage lending. With a degree in finance from Murray State University and several years of hands-on experience as a Loan Administrator, Kathleen brings a deep understanding of the mortgage process to every client interaction. Her background allows her to simplify the experience for borrowers and provide guidance at every step--from application to closing and beyond.  

Kathleen is a proud graduate of Notre Dame High School and takes pride in helping people put down roots in the same community that shaped her. She values strong relationships, clear communication, and hands-on service. She strives to help people feel confident in achieving their dream of homeownership.
